Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We ship nationwide via GogoXpress.

What is your warranty and returns policy?

To ensure a smooth and fair return process, we kindly request all customers to record an unboxing video of the product. Please show the following to qualify for a return:

  1. The condition of the package upon receipt
  2. The full unboxing process, including the product's outer and inner packaging
  3. Any visible issues or damage

Attach the video to your return request form within 7 days of receiving the product.

Note: Returns without an unboxing video may not be accepted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us process your return smoothly!
